Our solution
- Built a document AI pipeline that reads PDF and Word CVs, including scanned ones.
- Extracted structured data (qualifications, licenses, experience) and matched it against each job's requirements.
- Generated a ranked shortlist with a short explanation for every candidate, so HR stays in control.
- Integrated with the existing email inbox and HR spreadsheet, so no new tools were needed.
