Dispatch was handled over phone calls and WhatsApp groups. Riders took inefficient routes, customers kept calling to ask where their parcel was, and there was no proof of delivery when disputes happened.

- Built a Flutter rider app with optimized routes, delivery checklists and photo proof-of-delivery.
- Built a customer app and SMS links for live parcel tracking.
- Automated dispatch rules that assign parcels to riders based on area and load.
- Created an admin dashboard for operations with live map, delays and rider performance.
