Pythonbd IT Solution ("Pythonbd", "we", "us") is a software company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit pythonbdit.com or contact us. Questions: hello@pythonbdit.com.

- Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, country, project details and budget when you fill in a form, email, call or message us on WhatsApp.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referral source, collected through analytics tools.

How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes and services.
- To send project updates and, only with your consent, our newsletter.

Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic and improve the site. You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time. Your theme preference is stored in your browser only.

We share data only with trusted service providers that help us run our business (for example email, hosting, analytics and scheduling tools), under appropriate data protection terms, or when required by law.

How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, and client project records for as long as needed for the contract and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@pythonbdit.com. EU/UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
